Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps you recover from pain, injury, or movement problems so you can get back to doing the things you love. Whether you're dealing with a sports injury, back or neck pain, joint issues, or recovering from surgery, our physiotherapists are here to help.
Your session will include a detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, personalized exercises, and advice to support your recovery and prevent future problems. We tailor every treatment plan to your specific goals whether that’s getting back to work, sport, or daily activities pain-free.
Common reasons to book Physiotherapy include back, neck, or joint pain; sports injuries or muscle strains; recovery following surgery or fractures; conditions like tendonitis, arthritis, or repetitive strain injuries; and issues related to posture, balance, or general mobility.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy focuses on the assessment and treatment of conditions related to the pelvic floor muscles, bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. This service supports people of all genders experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, postpartum recovery, or pre- and post-natal concerns.
Our trained pelvic health physiotherapists provide a compassionate, private, and evidence-based approach tailored to your individual needs. Treatment may include education, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and lifestyle strategies.
Common reasons to book: Urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, prenatal or postpartum care, pain during intercourse or pelvic pain, constipation or bowel dysfunction, recovery after pelvic surgery
Note: This appointment may include an internal exam, with your consent, to fully assess pelvic floor function.
Dizziness and Balance
Vestibular Physiotherapy helps people who are dealing with dizziness, vertigo (a spinning sensation), balance problems, or motion sensitivity. These symptoms can come from inner ear issues like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), vestibular neuritis, or even after a concussion.
Our trained physiotherapist will assess your symptoms and create a treatment plan tailored to you. Treatment may include gentle head movements (like the Epley maneuver), balance and eye exercises, and tips to manage your symptoms in daily life. The goal is to help you feel steadier, reduce dizziness, and get you back to your normal activities.
Common reasons to book: Sudden or recurring dizziness or spinning, feeling off balance or unsteady, trouble walking in busy or moving environments, dizziness triggered by head movements or position changes, symptoms following a concussion
If you're feeling unsure about your symptoms, we’re happy to help guide you through the next steps.
